Delete your MotiVid account and data

In MotiVid, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the deletion. This removes your sign-in account, situation and history, goals, check-ins and notes, letters, scripts and media, and uploaded personas and their source files from our active storage.

Request deletion without the app

Email admin@streamize.net with the subject “MotiVid account deletion” from your account email (including your Apple relay address if used). Tell us you want to delete your MotiVid account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it. Never send your password or payment details.

What may remain

Copies you shared outside MotiVid and letters already generated for other users from a persona you published cannot be removed from their possession. Non-identifying aggregate statistics and hashed billing-period credit counters remain. Payment providers keep records required for billing and legal obligations; their retention policies apply. Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account or app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through your store account to stop renewals.
