MotiVid Terms of Service

MotiVid delivers a short daily video or voice “letter” written for your situation and spoken by a persona you choose. You describe what is going on in your life and what you are working toward; each morning MotiVid generates a new letter about it.

Every persona, face, and voice in MotiVid is synthetic and every letter is generated by AI. Personas are not real people, are not endorsements by anyone, and the words in a letter are not advice from a human being. Each video carries an AI-generated label that cannot be removed.

MotiVid is for people aged 17 or older. You confirm you meet that age when you first sign in. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the account you sign in with and for what is done through it. One person, one account.

You can start using MotiVid before signing in on some screens, but a signed-in account is required to receive letters, subscribe, or publish a persona.

A prerecorded sample is free. Personalized letters require a subscription. New accounts do not receive a free generation trial. Previously issued trials remain valid until their original expiry.

Letters you already received remain in your archive after your subscription ends.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and renews at the end of each monthly period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices shown are for the United States storefront and may differ elsewhere; taxes may apply.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Choose ready voice letters to convert into video. Four video credits are included per billing period and reset on renewal; unused credits do not roll over. Voice credits reset daily in your account time zone. A failed generation returns its credit. Existing Basic and Ultra subscribers retain their original benefits and prices; this membership does not silently reduce an existing purchase.

Because the App Store processes the payment, refunds are handled by Apple under their terms — we cannot issue or reverse a store charge ourselves. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page or your purchase history. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history to request a refund under Google’s refund policy.

Where consumer law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or a refund beyond Apple’s policy, that right applies and nothing here limits it. Email us at admin@streamize.net and we will help, including by supporting your request with Apple.

If a letter fails to generate, the applicable voice or video credit is returned automatically and you are not charged for the attempt.

You may build a persona from a portrait and a voice recording and either keep it private or publish it to the marketplace. By uploading, you confirm that:

• you own or are licensed to use the image and the recording;
• if a real person appears or is heard in it, that person is you, or you have their explicit permission to have their likeness and voice synthesized and used to generate letters for other people; and
• the material is not of a public figure, a deceased person’s likeness, a minor, or anyone who has not agreed to this.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the licence we need to run the service — to store the material, generate synthetic video and speech from it, and show the persona to other users if you publish it — for as long as the persona exists.

The marketplace is open: published personas appear without prior approval, screened automatically at upload and reviewed afterward when reported. This means you may encounter a persona that we would have removed had we seen it first. Report it in the app and we will review it.

We may remove any persona and suspend uploads for accounts whose personas are repeatedly removed. If your likeness appears in a persona you did not upload, email us and we will take it down.

You agree not to:

• impersonate a real person or organisation, or synthesize someone’s likeness without consent;
• upload sexual, violent, hateful, or harassing material, or content involving minors;
• use letters to deceive others into believing a real person said something;
• resell, redistribute, or scrape the service, or work around quotas, payment, or moderation;
• use MotiVid for anything unlawful.

Letters are for your personal use. You may share a letter you received; you may not present it as a genuine recording of a real person.

MotiVid is a motivation product, not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service. Letters are generated text spoken by a synthetic persona and must not be relied on as professional advice.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. In the United States you can call or text 988. When our safety checks detect that a situation may involve self-harm, MotiVid changes the letter’s tone and shows support resources, but it is not a substitute for help from a person.

Delivery times, quotas, plan contents, and prices can change. We will give notice in the app before a change that reduces what a paid plan includes, and a price change takes effect only for periods after it is announced. We may pause generation temporarily to protect the service or control costs.

Letters are generated by third-party AI providers, so occasional delays or failures happen. A failed letter never consumes your allowance.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. You can stop using MotiVid at any time; closing your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play (see §5).

Delete your account in Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period. It removes your situation profile, goals, letters, and the personas you uploaded, including the photos and voice recordings behind them.

What deletion does not reach: letters already generated for other people from a persona you published stay in those users’ archives, because they are that user’s content. No new letters are generated from your persona once it is deleted. Videos you already shared or saved outside the app are outside our control.

MotiVid is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a letter will be accurate, appropriate for your circumstances, or delivered without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to MotiVid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

If we change these terms we post the new version here with a new effective date, and announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use MotiVid after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where Streamize Co., Ltd. is established, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Seoul. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring a claim where you live.
